Each 574 trainer, including the latest athletic-looking 574 Sport is characterised by subtle waves on the heel, alongside the signature N logo on the side, but with a variety of styles and colourways to choose from. For trendsetters and collectors, our bespoke service means you can design your own New Balance Custom 574.
Each 574 model has its own unique look, from the bold and artistic to the pared back and sporty. But all are crafted from a mix of premium suede and mesh, with a solid rubber outsole for a shoe that’s both robust and on-trend. As one of our most diverse models, the women’s 574 range is made up of a wide variety of eye-catching designs, with excessive attention to detail paid to the finishing touches. Take the luxurious 574 Rose Gold, for example, which are adorned with original metallic accents, or the polo shirt-inspired 574 Pique Polo Packwhich feels fresh and bold in bright teal. One of the newest additions to the range is the sleek and athletic women's 574 Sport trainer. The updated aesthetic has a synthetic and mesh upper, mid-cut bootie construction, plus our signature Fresh Foam cushioning for supreme comfort.
New Balance: The history
New Balance has been innovating footwear for over 100 years. Founded in 1906, our pioneering arch supports changed the landscape of sneaker comfort, and gave wearers better balance. It’s this commitment to technology and innovation that has led to some of our greatest achievements – from producing the first running shoe with a ripple sole in the ‘60s, to setting trends with our lifestyle range in present day. Despite coming so far, we’ve stayed true to our roots and are proud to still produce a number of our sneakers on home soil, with factories in New England in the US, and Flimby, Cumbria in the UK for our Made in US and Made in UK collections.
