EMEA Compliance Manager - Location - UK
This position will oversee and manage implementation and enforcement of the New Balance Social & Environmental Responsibility program in the European, Middle East, and African (EMEA) region, and ensure that suppliers in the EMEA region are in compliance with NB’s Code of Conduct and other NB workplace standards on human rights, labour, environment, health & safety.
This position will oversee integration of NB compliance program policies and procedures into the EMEA business operations of the Company, including the emerging Warrior brand, and will serve as the primary company contact for EMEA-based external stakeholders and industry colleagues.
This person will also partner with the Head of Corporate Compliance and other worldwide regional compliance managers to inform ongoing evolution of the New Balance Social & Environmental Responsibility program strategy.
